The Bayshore Estate Master Plan is an ambitious urban development project located on a 60-hectare site in Singapore’s East Coast, bordered by Upper East Coast Road, Bayshore Road, and the East Coast Parkway. Initially designated for residential use in the Master Plan 1998, the estate is envisioned as an extension of Bedok town. It aims to offer about 10,000 new homes, with 70% dedicated to public housing.
